All Students under the age of 18 wishing to submit material (stories, pictures, drawings, etc) to our website or to our newsletter "Bearable Times" must fill out a permission slip. Students must also fill out a permission slip to work on a project. Teachers if your class is working on a project with TKHN please print out a permission slip and copy as many as you need for each student and mail them together to us. Teachers please have the students' parent/guardian read our online disclaimer. If they have any questions tell them to contact us directly. We also welcome them to volunteer with TKHN. Child Life Specialists/Therapists working with children that are interested in participating please have the child's parent/guardian assist the child if necessary with the permission slip and mail it to us. Parents/Guardians, Educators and Healthcare Personnel wishing to volunteer with TKHN click here for more information or for a form. Some may wonder why all the forms? We believe in knowing who we work with, especially since TKHN is a children's organization. We also feel it's extremely important for parents to know about us and visit our site regularly so they understand our mission and our committment to children.
